# Deleting an account

Deleting your account permanently removes your access to Recraft. According to our pricing policy, refunds are not available for deleted accounts.

### Desktop app

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the **Profile** icon in the top-right corner to open the menu.
3. Select **Profile**, then choose **Delete account**.

### Mobile app

1. Tap your **Profile** icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select **Delete account** from the menu.
