- What is your cancellation policy?
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do this, log in to the platform, click on your profile at the top right, and select 'Manage subscription'. Then, click 'Cancel plan'. Your plan will be canceled but will remain available until the end of your billing period.
- How do I update my payment method or billing information?
- Once you log in to the platform, click on your profile at the top right, and select 'Manage subscription'. From there, you can update your payment details or download a receipt.
- How does copyright work on Recraft? Who owns the images I create?
- Images created by users on the Free plan are owned by Recraft. They are public (visible in the community gallery) and can be used commercially with limitations. Images created under a paid plan grant you full ownership and commercial rights, and they can be kept private. Read more about ownership and commercial usage here
- Can I sell generated images on stock websites?
- Without a subscription, images are owned by Recraft, and stock websites usually require ownership to sell images.
- What payment methods can I use?
- We accept credit and debit cards as well as Google Pay.
- Do images I generated while on a paid plan become public after my subscription ends?
- No, images created during your paid subscription remain private even after the subscription ends.
- Do you offer an API?
- Recraft is also accessible via API. Sign up and find an API key in the profile section.
