# Take It Down Policy

Recraft is committed to protecting individuals from the harm caused by non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfakes. Non-consensual intimate imagery includes any image or video depicting nudity, sexual activity, or intimate body parts that is created, shared, or manipulated (including via AI or deepfakes) without the consent of the individual depicted. We do not tolerate the creation, upload, or distribution of such content on our platform.

If you believe that intimate imagery of you (or someone you represent) has been created or shared on Recraft without consent, you may submit a removal request using the process below. Upon receipt of a valid request, we will remove the violating content within 48 hours and take reasonable steps to identify and remove any known identical copies on the platform, where possible, to prevent further distribution.

**How to Submit a Request**

To request the removal of non-consensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated deepfakes) hosted on Recraft, please copy the text below, fill in the required details, and email it to [help@recraft.ai](mailto:help@recraft.ai) with the subject line: "URGENT: Take It Down Request."
